No guaranteed outcomes

Training can strengthen capability, but we do not guarantee employment, sales volume, contract wins, earnings growth, or business performance. Learner outcomes depend on market context, implementation quality, effort consistency, and other factors outside programme control.

Fees and payment terms

Confidential handling

Liability limitations

Indemnity obligations

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for significant policy breaches, fraudulent behaviour, or persistent payment issues. Legal jurisdiction
